Goccha; the beginning.

Goccha is more than a dream. Goccha is a never ending passion. 

My name is Bjorn (owner and founder of the brand), currently 28 years old and living in the Netherlands. When I started this journey in 2017 (together with my brother who withdraw from the company later on) I knew little about all the aspects of running a brand.  Over the years I’ve gained more knowledge, but also a brighter vision on what Goccha should be in the future. I followed courses in how to run, create and grow a brand. 

After a break of 4 years, in which I worked (and still do) fulltime to gain more knowledge, experience and, not to forget money, there was an unprecedented desire. A desire that told me to keep chasing my dream. A desire that told me to keep following my passion. That’s what happened in 2025. I took the guess and jumped into the less unknown. Ready to (re)create this amazing and clean brand with a huge amount of determination. Are you ready to join the pack?

What means Goccha and why a fox as logo?

The name Goccha, how did you came up with that? That is one of the FAQ I receive logically. The road to coming up with that name is much longer (read: very very long) than the explanation takes time. Goccha is a derivative of gotcha which means I got you. That is the feeling the brand wants to convey: being happy with the purchase you have made. Being happy with your decision, your product and being part of the community or as we call it: the pack.

How did you came up with the logo? The logo is an abstract version of a fox. The fox has been chosen carefully. The fox resembles the characteristics of the brand.

Persistent. A fox is known as persistent. That is what we are as a brand as well. Determined to grow bigger every day.

Fearless. As a brand fearlessness is important. Dare to conquer the world. Dare to take risks.

Opportunistic. It is important to be opportunistic as a brand. Have faith in what you do and do not give up easily. Hard work pays off, always.

Inventive. A brand needs to be creative everyday. Take smart moves, do it differently or do it better.

That is where the idea behind the brand comes around. At Goccha I’ve always believed in my own strenghts. In the strenght of running a brand. I also do believe that standing out nowadays is extremely hard. It is not about being extremely unique in what you do. It is about how you do it. The way we do it suits our personality.
