What is the delivery time of my order?
All the orders placed before 15:00 are shipped the same day. We ship with DHL and PostNL. Your order usually arrives within 1 working day within the Netherlands and Belgium. Germany usually takes up to 2 working days. For other countries please contact us via info@gocchaofficial.nl.
Can I return my products for free?
The costs of returning are for the customer. We will provide you a return label. Returning takes place via one of the Parcel Shops or Parcel Lockers of DHL or PostNL. You got 14 days to return your product. Returning costs will be deducted from your initial webshop order.
How can I return my product?
You can return your product via ‘Returns’ on this page. Fill in the form and we will make sure you will receive a return label shortly after. Read our ‘Return Policy’ for more information.
What is the status of my order?
If your order is on ‘complete’ you will or have received a Track&Trace link in order to track your order.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are:
€2,95 for orders up to €25 (in the Netherlands only).
€4,95 within the Netherlands.
€7,25 for Belgium.
€7,25 for Germany.
For other countries feel free to ask us.
How can I pay for my orders?
We accept iDeal, PayPal, Riverty, Bancontact, Mastercard, Visa, Apple Pay, Google Pay, American Express and FashionCheque payments.
Can I pay afterwards?
No, but we do accept Riverty payments.
Do you accept gift cards?
Yes, we accept our own gift cards and FashionCheques.
Can I buy gift cards in your shop?
If you want to surprise someone with an original gift you can order a gift card in our Shop via shop>accessoires>gift card. The gift card can be send digitally or physically. The person you give it to can use it in our webshop.
Returns
Items must be returned within 30 days. The amount to be refunded will be deducted from the return costs. Products need to be returned in original state including tags. We check products on damage and will contact you if we see unusual things on your returned product.
