Terms and Conditions of Goccha

Prices communicated on this website include VAT.

Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made via the Goccha webshop.

Products

Goccha sells clothing and accessories via its webshop only. Sales are available in the Netherlands. Shipping to other countries is possible upon request.

Ordering and Payment

Orders are considered final once payment has been received. The following payment methods are available: iDeal and Credit Card.

Delivery

Orders placed on business days before 3:00 PM will be shipped the same day.

The average delivery time is a maximum of 2 working days.

Shipping is handled by DHL.

Shipping costs are €4.99 per order.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Warranty and Liability

Goccha offers a 1-month warranty on manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, negligence, or user error.

The customer must demonstrate that the defect is due to a manufacturing fault.

Privacy

Goccha only uses customer data for processing orders and payments.

Force Majeure

Goccha is not responsible for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to force majeure.

Disputes

All legal relationships involving Goccha are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
